Where is you business located?
Technically we have a virtual business and office. We do most of our business online via email or over the telephone. Our office is located in our home and we welcome you to stop in if you live in the Melfort, Saskatchewan area, we would be happy to meet with you in person to discuss your requirements.

Are your services priced competitvely?
All of our services are priced very competitively and fairly. Most of the packages quoted on our web site act only as a guideline. Not very often does a customers needs fit neatly in a pre-priced package that is why we gladly provide free consultation and free quotes for any service we offer.

It appears that almost everyone, including my friend's son down the block, can make a web site. What do you offer in web design?
It does appear that there are many, many people who claim to be able to build a web site and while most can it does not mean they can do it effectively enough to help your business or your personal internet needs. I have worked long and hard to develope my internet skills and continue to do so. I believe that building a web page will be a partnership between you and Mason Media. We will work together through every step of the project to make sure you get the site you have envisioned. There are many skills needed to design, develope, optimize, test and maintain a great web page. Not everyone posseses the necessary skills to do all of this, but we do.

What do I need and how much will a web site cost?
There are three basic aspects to having an online presence. Firstly you will need a Domain Name for your site (www.yourdomain.com). Depending on the name you want you may be able to have a .com extension, which is the most popular. You can also choose from .ca .net .org and others depending on your business type and desires. Secondly you will have to have a spot on the internet to host you site. This is a bit of computer space where all the files associated with your site will reside. We can provide excellent hosting packages for your web site. Thirdly, you will need the files that make up the page. These will include pictures, graphics, and text based files that we can create for you. Together they represent on your on web presence.
The cost of all this varies depending on the domain name, hosting and design packages that you choose. Most often we quote web pages that include all of the three main elements based on what we feel you will need for your particular business. The all-in-one packages we have listed on ourpage will give you a basic example of such costs.
