If you are a client of Mason Media we will endeavor to provide answers to any questions that you may have about problems you are encountering with our service. As of yet we do not have an automated help system or a devoted technical adviser to help you 24/7 but that does not mean we are not committed to your needs. The best way to contact us is by e-mail. We read our e-mail at least hourly and usually more often than that. The telephone is accessible between the hours of 8:00 AM until 12:00 AM daily, although there are times when no one is in our "virtual office". Again, e-mail is the best way to reach us.
